To meet your needs we offer a ready-made solution in which we have used tested materials and an appropriate method of joining the construction guaranteeing 100% tightness of the connection for the entire period of use.
This solution is particularly recommended in places where there is a fairly high level of groundwater or there are periodic water fluctuations, e.g. in spring. In these locations, a traditionally made 'on-site' basement with stairs will always require expensive horizontal and vertical waterproofing, and in the absence of this, periodic flooding will be inevitable.
